Leicester City duo Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho are gearing up for an encounter against Bristol City this weekend in the Championship.
Despite Leicester’s impressive run with six wins out of seven games this season, Ndidi in a recent interview, anticipates a tough challenge as they face Bristol City at the King Power Stadium.
Bristol City has shown their mettle so far this season, losing just one of their first seven Championship matches and securing three wins and three draws.
Their strong form positions them seventh in the current league standings, as the hope for some point going into the Saturday clash.
Meanwhile, Ndidi has emphasized that Leicester will put up a good fight going into the games. he said “It’s going to be a tough game. Everyone wants points against us because we’re on a good run.”
He also warned that Leicester City are focused on winning games rather than dwelling on the pressure of being a team that opponents aim to defeat.
Both Ndidi and Iheanacho have been vital to Leicester City’s campaign, each contributing a goal in the club’s recent matches.
Iheanacho scored the opening goal in Leicester City’s recent 2-0 victory against Norwich City. Goals by the two Nigerian internationals have also been nominated by their club for the goal of the month award.

I am not impressed to see this two Nigerian boys playing football in championship especially in the day he had the chance of leaving laychester to play in a bigger thing but what happened he settled for less and now they feel so relaxed without even looking forward or going back to premiership going back to a better thing I’m not really happy about the moon and how they got settled in the club
