She is seen dancing so hard as a way to express her utmost joy of welcoming a new child soon even though she welcomes a child 2 months ago.

Yes,its very very normal and possible,she was supposed to give chance before having sex after delivery,but as the case maybe,she did not,with that pregnancy can come,and that is what we are seeing
