Popular Nigerian celebrity designer, Toyin Lawani, who is known for her fashion creativity, has been under fire following her intriguing outfits to the 10th edition of the Africa Magic viewers’ choice Award (AMVCA).

The AMVCA 2024, which kicked off on Friday night with the ‘Cultural Day’, will be taking place today, Saturday, May 11th in Lagos.

Numerous entertainers and celebrities have began to show their readiness for the event as they stormed their various social media pages with their stunning attires and ravishing beauty.

Toyin Lawani, also known as Tiannah Empire, took to her timeline as she showed off her dress for the event, causing buzz online.

The self-made ‘King of fashion’ was seen sporting her armless corset gown made from an imprinted sack used for packing beans and other local foods.

While Tiannah expressed joy in making her stylish outfit, netizens blasted her for designing such clothes for AMVCA. Many claimed that she donned a tacky look.
